Placed an order on July 6. Received confirmation of the order and was to recieve another notice with further details within 24 hours.

I never got an email until i emailed their customer service on July 13 inquiring about my order. On the 14th I received and email that it was on its way and to arrive in 5-9 business days. On the 16th i received an email with shipping notice. When accessed the link to track, it went to FedEx site, and I was informed it was an invalid tracking number.

I contacted their customer service by email, and never got a response back. Now, I should be leery, asking myself if this company is legit. on July 27 i called their customer service about the order. Their records indicate it was delivered, which I didnt get it.

They seemed unconcerned that the tracking number was invalid (which I tried daily since the 16th). They did offer to resend, however one of the items no longer available which went with another item. order was cancelled, now I wait to see if I get credit.

From time order is placed to so-called delivery is far to long, especially with the high cost of shipping. Not happy with the company that these products are ordered, processed, serviced and shipped by.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
